If defective, A.SAKS ON THE GO will repair or replace the case at the discretion of EWS Incentives, Inc. The Warranty applies when the bag is used under normal conditions and does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to accident, misuse, improper care or negligence. In the event of damage caused by a common carrier, it is the responsibility of the user to file, at the time of damage, a claim with the carrier.
