Depending on the nature of the defect, Athalon will either repair or replace the product with a comparable model without charge. In no even shall Athalon be liable for breach of warranty in the amount exceeding the purchase price of the duffel. Athalon does not in any way warrant the fitness of the duffel for any purpose other than the ordinary purposes for which such duffel is used. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied beyond those described herein. The warranty specifically exludes any claim for direct, incidental, or consequential damages. The warranty does not apply to damages incurred in mishandling or abuse in transit when a claim should be made with carrier. Warranty does not apply to unauthorized repairs, and is only for the benefit of the owner in addtion to such rights as you may have under this warranty, you may have other rights under law which vary from state to state. Village Luggage & Gifts will do warranty repairs on duffels purchased here. If not purchased here or you are out of the area, you may incur shipping charges returning duffels for repair to Athalon.
