Free Ground Shipping** (on orders $100 or more) to the continental 48 states. However, Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual UPS shipping charges. Of course, you can always pay to expedite your delivery. Please call our customer service department toll free at
1-888-584-4968 should you need assistance regarding ground shipping or expedited shipping. Village Luggage & Gifts uses UPS Ground for most shipping. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. We will email tracking #'s, once we ship your order.
Please note: We do NOT ship to PO boxes. We currently do NOT ship outside the United States.

Orders placed on Friday (after 11 a.m. EST), Saturday, or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday except on Holidays.
No Orders will be shipped or received on Holidays. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed the following Business Day. **Orders under $100 will incur a flat shipping cost of $9.95. We would be happy to quote actual UPS cost to you if you need faster service. There is an additional cost to ship overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day air.

Expedited Shipping
All expedited shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped UPS Next Day or 2 Day. In those cases we will notify you of our exact shipping costs and obtain your approval before shipping the item you have requested. Remember all expedited air shipments are Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Business days after your order is shipped. Business days represent Monday to Friday. Saturday Delivery is also available for a fee. Please call our customer service department toll free 1-888-584-4968 should you need assistance regarding expedited shipping.

Delivery Time
We will do our best to ship all orders received by 12:00 PM EST the same day. Shipments to business addresses usually make it to their destination a day quicker then resident addresses. We have a great track record when it comes to or customers shipping needs. If you need something pronto please feel free to give us a call 1-888-584-4968 and we will see what we can do. Helping customers in need is what we are all about. Monogramming & Engraving is done on the premises and will not slow your delivery time.

Inclement Weather
Please note that shipping delays due to inclement weather can occasionally happen especially during winter months. These things are beyond our control. UPS will not refund shipping charges due to late delivery under these circumstances and therefore neither can we.

Damaged Deliveries
If an item is defective or damaged in shipping we will gladly replace it. Please notify us within 48 hours. You must keep the original shipping carton and packaging for a claim/inspection by carrier; otherwise no replacement or refund can be honored.

Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return any unused merchandise except personalized items. Engraved or monogrammed items are, of course, not returnable.

All travel accessories are final sale. Travel accessories are hair dryers, blow up pillows, packing cubes, etc.

We have a 14 day refund policy and a 30 day exchange policy on online merchandise that has not been personalized. Please return items to us unused in the original condition and packaging with your receipt for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping charge.

Holiday Shipping & Returns
Online Holiday gifts/merchandise purchased after Thanksgiving must be received by January 14th for return or exchange. It must be unused in original packaging without monogramming or engraving. Merchandise accompanied by receipt will receive refund. Without a receipt, we will send a catalog and an exchange can be made from our website or catalog. Shipping charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping charge.

Quick Processing!
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt and you can expect arrival in 2-5 business days. Any delays in this arise from a backorder situation. If an item is out of stock and will not be available in 30 days, you will receive written notice. You may then choose to change, cancel, or wait for your order. Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together (however, you are only billed one shipping charge per order). Please Note: We do NOT ship to PO boxes. Orders going to non-continental states will be charged for extra shipping costs. Monogramming and engraving are done on site and will not hold up your order. Company logos require extra time as a template must be made.

Low Price Guarantee
Should you find the same merchandise advertised for a lower price at an authorized internet dealer within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, we will meet that price and refund the difference.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.625% will be added for customers in New York only. All deliveries outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.
