Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $99 within the Contiguous United States. Village Luggage & Gifts uses UPS Ground for most shipping. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. There is an additional cost to ship overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you. We will email tracking #'s, once we ship your order. Please note: We do NOT ship to PO boxes. We currently do NOT ship outside the United States.

Orders placed on Friday (after 11 a.m. EST), Saturday, or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday except on Holidays. No Orders will be shipped or received on Holidays. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed the following Business Day. Orders under $100 will incur a flat fee of $8.95.

Damaged Deliveries
If an item is defective or damaged in shipping we will gladly replace it. Please notify us within 48 hours. You must keep the original shipping carton and packaging for a claim/inspection by carrier; otherwise no replacement or refund can be honored.

Holiday Return Policy
Online Holiday gifts/merchandise purchased after thanksgiving must be received by January 15th for return or exchange. It must be unused in original packaging without monogramming or engraving. Merchandise accompanied by receipt will receive refund. Without a receipt, we will send a catalog and an exchange can be made from our website or catalog. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Quick Processing!
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt and you can expect to receive them in 3-7 business days. Any delays in this arise from a backorder situation. If an item is out of stock and will not be available in 30 days, you will receive written notice. You may then choose to change, cancel, or wait for your order. Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together (however, you are only billed one shipping charge per order). Please Note: We do NOT ship to PO boxes. Orders going to non-continental states will be charged for extra service. Monogramming and engraving are done on site and will not hold up your order. Company logos require extra time as a template must be made.

Low Price Guarantee
Should you find the same merchandise advertised for a lower price at an authorized internet dealer within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, we will gladly meet that price and refund the difference. Additional discounts cannot be applied.

Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items for any reason or no reason. Engraved or monogrammed items are not returnable. All travel items are final sale.

We have a 14 day refund policy and a 30 day exchange policy on online merchandise that has not been personalized. Please return items to us unused in the original condition and packaging with your receipt for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping charge.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.625% will be added for customers in New York only. All deliveries outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.
