Let me start by saying how impressed I was that the 2 times I called with a question I had someone answer the phone. The 2nd time was to check on my order and you provided me with the tracking # right away. Then I got the briefcase. What surprised me was the engraving was on a plate rather than inked into the bag. Considering the price for the bag being cheaper than anywhere I could find on the web (and the fact no one else would do engraving) I was really pleased. All in all my experience with this business has been really good. The item was received promptly although it was not the one I ordered. There was a very subtle difference in two very similar items. They set up the exchange right away. Unfortunately they are at the mercy of another company to get me the correct item and I still don't have it but this shop has been great about giving options and keeping me informed.
